VIONT SCENT – Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing VIONT SCENT. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Any return requests made after this period may not be accepted. 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • The decant bottle and packaging must be intact and not opened.

  • You must provide your order number and reason for return when submitting your request. 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear. This policy applies to all decants once the seal has been broken.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@viontscent.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item if eligible.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. 

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, an incorrect or defective product). In those cases, we will provide return instructions and cover the cost. 

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product:

  • Contact us at support@viontscent.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the issue and your order number.

  • We will verify your claim and offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
