Thank you for choosing VIONT SCENT. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the terms outlined below.

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Any return requests made after this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The decant bottle and packaging must be intact and not opened.

You must provide your order number and reason for return when submitting your request.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear. This policy applies to all decants once the seal has been broken.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return:

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
6. Return Shipping Costs
