Welcome to VIONT SCENT. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using the site, placing an order, or purchasing our decants, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Viont Scent

VIONT SCENT offers premium decants of niche and designer fragrances to help customers explore and experience scents before investing in a full bottle. All decants are prepared with care from authentic original products.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • When you place an order, you agree that all details provided are accurate and complete.

  • Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and VIONT SCENT occurs when we dispatch your products. If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund.

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods available at checkout. Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods this timeframe may increase slightly. 

  • Shipping costs and options will be provided at checkout.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information (where available).

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it has shipped without penalty.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible; contact us immediately to discuss options.

  • VIONT SCENT reserves the right to charge a cancellation handling fee if applicable.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Because decants are prepared from authentic bottles, returned products must remain sealed and unused.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions if your item qualifies.

  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for refunds to process.

7. Authenticity & Product Representation

  • All fragrances and decants sold by VIONT SCENT are 100% authentic and prepared from legitimate original bottles.

  • We are not affiliated with the specific designer brands whose products we decant or sell.

8. Age Requirement

By purchasing from VIONT SCENT, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout—is the property of VIONT SCENT and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIONT SCENT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Changes to Terms

VIONT SCENT may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes go into effect when posted on the website. Your continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
